This work extends the environmental focus to wildlife, centering birds as indicators of ecological change. An abstracted blue-footed booby emerges within layered blues and darker undertones, evoking sky and environmental tension. A circular form made from recycled plastic, containing a resin-embedded flower, reflects nature’s resilience while acknowledging its vulnerability under ongoing plastic pollution.
